TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT DASHBOARD

The Credit Dashboard is a Chase Online Banking site subject to Chase's Online Banking Terms and Conditions. Use of the Credit Dashboard is also subject to the following additional Credit Dashboard Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

Eligibility

The Credit Dashboard is available online to active, primary accountholders only at Chase.com, provided that you have sufficient credit history in a credit file with Experian to generate a FICO® Score and to provide credit report information. If Experian cannot match you with a credit report or is otherwise unable to obtain your FICO® Score, you will not be able to use this service until such time as you have built a credit sufficient history.

FICO® Score

Your FICO® Score is for your own educational and non-commercial personal use and is based on data from Experian. It may be different from other credit scores used by Chase and other lenders in making credit decisions. FICO is a registered trademark of the Fair Isaac Corporation ("Fair Isaac") in the United States and other countries. Because your credit file is continuously updated, your FICO® Score may not reflect the most current data on your credit report. [The FICO® Score that we currently provide is a FICO® Score 8 based on Experian data.]

Communications

You agree to receive these Terms and Conditions and all other communications regarding Credit Dashboard in electronic format. As part of the Credit Dashboard service, we may send you alerts by email, text message, telephone, or mail. By enrolling in Credit Dashboard, you are consenting to receive these communications.
